Tofu with Tamari koji (Soy sauce Koji)

This is simple healthy vegan recipe. Tamari Koji adds additional Umami flavour!

Ingredients

  • 1 pack tofu
  • 1 tbsp Tamari Koji (AKA Soy sauce Koji/ Shoyu Koji)
  • 1/2 tsp Sesame oil (optional)
  • Black sesame seeds
  • 1/2 spring onion chopped

METHOD

  1. Cut Tofu into your favorite size
  2. Pour Tamari koji and sesame oil on Tofu
  3. Sprinkle black sesame seeds and chopped spring onion

Bon appetit!
You can add avocado slice on it too 😉
