Try my favorite Leeks recipe. It’s so simple and you will be surprised how delicious it is. It’s great for a side dish.
This recipe uses Miso. Miso is a Japanese fermented condiment and a nutrition power house. Also very good for your guts environment! Japanese people have been using Miso for 1000 years. You should try if you haven’t try one yet:)
- 1 leek
- 1 tbsp Miso (your favorite Miso)
- 1/2 tbsp rice vinegar
- Thinly slice the leek into rings.
- Mix Miso and vinegar.
- Boil leeks until soft.
- Strain leeks and mix with sauce.
You can also use leeks for your Miso soup!
