This is simple healthy vegan recipe. Tamari Koji adds additional Umami flavour!
Ingredients
- 1 pack tofu
- 1 tbsp Tamari Koji (AKA Soy sauce Koji/ Shoyu Koji)
- 1/2 tsp Sesame oil (optional)
- Black sesame seeds
- 1/2 spring onion chopped
METHOD
- Cut Tofu into your favorite size
- Pour Tamari koji and sesame oil on Tofu
- Sprinkle black sesame seeds and chopped spring onion
